Bruce, 
  It sounds like the start of a plan..... Your experience  in the western 
Sound will be quite different from what our east end Islands/  
coves/villages/ marinas/festivals have to offer.... Of course we have those  islands, 
including Shelter Island, Gardeners, Robbins, Plum, Block Island....  etc... At 
least four marine festivals , not including July 4th are events to  
consider... Tall Ships from all over the world are common sites...
