[Rhodes22-list] Locking/Securing the Cabin (broken lock on pop top hatch)

Thank you for the kind words on the boat's name. Wish I could take credit for
it. She had her name when I hot her, and I'm not sure my liver would be up
to the rigors of a proper re-naming ceremony. In any event I couldn't think
of a better name for her. Two of my favorite things--beer and water.
