Sorry to hear of your mishap!  

For the pitch on the sail, I'd drop it and send it out for cleaning by a
sail loft.

As for the masthead light.  My '93 has a Perko "Fixed-Mount Combination
Masthead/All-Round Light".  I believe it's the 3 1/4" height, Perko
#1183DP0CHR, West Marine #123497 ($55).  West Marine also has the 5 1/4" and
11 1/4" versions if I got the height wrong.  West Marine also sells a
replacement lens, Perko #0278DP0WHT, West Marine #381962, for $20.
