I have to replace my floor too. Newly purchased an 83' from a boat graveyard. It appears to be interior grade 3/4 inch (rotten) plywood. I am thinking of replacing with a teak and holly veneer 1/4" over Exterior grade (or pressure treated but must use bronze screws) 3/4 " ply.
