[Rhodes22-list] making pop-top more water-tight

Leland,

I agree that too airtight would not be good either.  Actually, I'm only
thinking of trying to further seal the front and sides.  The back edge
doesn't get directly splashed when water comes over the bow anyway.  You do
make a good point though about a temporary fix for heavy weather and
washing.
