Joe,

I had the same thing happen in the rhodes I used to own although for a
slightly different reason.  There is a channel between the laz and the
cabin so that is your most likely culprit.  My issue was from the drains
clogging up and then rainwater overflowing into the laz.  I resolved it by
putting in larger drains.
