Hi:

I am not so sure this is a government screw-up. Does the water released
provide services to those downstream?  Is the Corps required to provide the
water? Weather volatility associated with Global Warming  (e.g., lots of
rain and lots of drought in unlikely places) also may be contributing to
the problem.

In any case, I hope that you guys get headed back toward  full pool soon.
