Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Here is a little more info.

1. I did redo the floors.  I added new pressure treated 2x supports to  
the bottom of the hull and added 3/4" Advantech sheathing for the  
floor, which holds up to months of standing water on our job-sites, so  
I am hoping it can handle any water that will end up in the boat.

2. The wood on the galley top was a 1/2" mahogany, the drawer fronts  
were just Poplar (should have tried harder for the 3/4 mahogany, would  
have stained much nicer) and everything else was just 3/4" birch  
plywood. I had a friend who builds cabinets spray the finishes on.

3.  The cooler is just an Igloo 12 volt unit.  I am not expecting much  
out of it, but then again I did not give much for it.

4. The sink was in the boat when I got it, but if I were looking for  
one I would look online for a bar sink.  I will take a look and see if  
I can find any information on this one.

5. The electrical panel will go back below the companionway once I  
have time to tackle that project.  That is how it was set up when I  
got it.
