[Rhodes22-list] Ballast report : picts of 2nd reef position in 8-12 mph winds (with gusts in the mid teens)

I noticed you seem to have your genoa fairleads forward with it reefed,
whereas the other boat's fairleads were aft.  Is the sail shape more
efficient with the fairleads forward when it's roller reefed pretty far?  It
looks that way.
