The bunk support brackets are slotted. The bunks are held to the bracket with 1/2" carriage bolts with the heads on top of the
 bunk (obviously) pre-sunk into the wood before the carpet goes on. Measure the distance between the outer most edges of the
 slots for the distance between--to get the locations to drill the bolt holes. Loosen the nuts and once the boat weight is on the bunk boards, they will deflect and conform to the shape of the hull exactly. I doubt you will need to but, you can adjust the bolt hole spacing in the bunk wood if you need more bow.

 As recommended by an ex-list member/engineer:

 Once the bow is correct, bring the keel roller up snug against the bottom of the keel/cb. Lift the boat up or next time she is off of the trailer, raise the keel roller another 1/2" to 3/4". This will make more of the weight bear on the keel roller instead of the hull sides.
