[Rhodes22-list] chain plate on cabin top question

I will look for pictures.  I suggest you cut through the top behind the chain plate entrance. The chainplate makes a 90 degree bend under the plywood core  I removed a small section of rotted core, put a new piece of plywood on, bolted through to a large washer on the cabin liner, and potted everything in with epoxy.
