[Rhodes22-list] Clanging Mast

You say your topping lift is clanging? Is it occurring while at anchor or dock? IF so, keep some tension on it and there should be no clanging. However, I find that there is a distinctive humming that can be heard, mostly from inside the cabin, when the wind increases.

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] Clanging Mast

On evenings with moderate winds our topping lift line going to the top of
the mast will clang around. Not sure what to do about this........
