[Rhodes22-list] Propeller question

Well this s new to me - the Rhodes 22 and the blog.
1988 22 - the motor mount broke on the trailer delivery to the launch ramp.
Should I fix the original or find a better one?
Any tips on the repair - I have not taken it apart yet.
Also - I need a new back stay and traveler system, new rails for the sliding hatch, a new 
companionway hatch and a few other parts. 
What is the best source?
Last but not least, the rudder seems to squeak and the tiller is sloppy in top of the rudder. Is there a fix, or a different rudder available?
