[Rhodes22-list] Bottom paint

I chose Sea Hawk Mission Bay series 4000. Decision points were:

 - Compliant with most environmental restrictions on lakes and near shore 
ocean areas.

- Copper Free

- Ablative and self-polishing for frequent trailering

- Compatible with any hull surface type
