[Rhodes22-list] St John's River?

Did you get a permit? Did you install the mooring yourself?

I had no idea one could just own a mooring. 

That's a brilliant idea! 

I will look into it. We are looking at houses in the Fruit Cove area in St Johns County. Preferably one with easy river access.
