My students are doing well, thanks for asking. My oldest daughter Margaret
is in her senior year at Columbia School of Engineering with a 4. something
grade average and a minor in Ballet and she built a bridge in Morocco with
Engineers without borders in her spare time. She qualifies for an
excelerated two years Masters program in one year that she will take
advantage of. My younger daughter Colleen is a senior in hight school and
enjoys playing electric guitar, varsity volleyball in the fall, varsity
sailing in the spring and is looking for a liberal arts college in a mid
size city. Carnegie Mellon is on her short list. I continue into my tenth
year riding my vespa scooter back and forth to work leaving my car at the
office for out of town meetings. The vespa is great for city driving and
parking. I am into my fith season in a boat slip, four years at Herrington
Harbor North Deale Maryland and one year at Hartge in Gailesville Maryland
and I am seriously considering a trailer option for next season. I will
need to find a place to keep the trailer and boat in a yard since I live in
the city but this woudl also give me the opportunity to trailer to our
Michigan summer vacation spot in Charlevoix and I might also get back up to
my home town Oyster Bay NY to sail on the Long Island Sound. What do you
offer in the way of boat covers in addition to the boom room? Mast up and
or down? What price range? Any pictures? I will be helping Stan at the
boat show in a couple of weeks doing the demo boat again this year. Maybe I
will see you in Annapolis.
