Rob,

I couldn't get my outboard to idle at less than 4 knots which made docking a
challenge.  The Seafoam you recommend worked wonders.  Someone else
mentioned Startron.  I've used Stabil in the past but apparently it doesn't
clean the gunk out of your carbs like Seafoam or Startron.
