[Rhodes22-list] Tohatsu 4s 5hp

I have a 6 hp Johnson long shaft and have been in winds on Lake Ontario
where that was insufficient to make headway in 6' waves. Those winds can
come up pretty quickly and when you need the power, you really need the
power. The motor is an 86, I think, and has been incredibly reliable.

True, I think to start with this boat we'll be sailing the local lake which
really isn't that big as far as the sailable area goes, so we might be able
to get away with it as long as we stay on the lake. If we haul it to the
ocean, we might have to think gas at that time.

Only problem I see with that is on the occasion you are sailing and the wind
suddenly dies, then you may need to motor a few miles.... That might end up
becoming a situation!
