[Rhodes22-list] Gotta Move South - Suggestions?

Ron, I am with you brother. I'm done with this snow BS.

We are headed to Florida on the Saint Johns River around the Jacksonville area. No state income tax and plenty of warm sunshine with a few cold fronts to let you know there was a change in season. 

I know a few of the guys on list call Lake Hartwell home and love it.
