OK
Now you have my attention.
I have an '86 recently inherited from my dad.
The CB trunk developed a leak mid summer 2013 that got worse until I
hauled it in November.
The cap is cracked about 6" aft of the forward end and water leaks up
through the cap constantly.
The screws for the cap have SS washers on them from the forward end,
about 12 inches back and no washers on the rest.
I have never had it apart so I don't know what it looks like, but I
have to repair the cap and I want to replace the CB line as well.
Any hints on what might have casued the cap to crack?
What type and size line to use for the CB?
Thanks
Ric
