[Rhodes22-list] Removable and Installation of New JIB

Measure the distance past the mast and determine that percentage against
the distance from the forestay to the mast.  For example, if the distance
from the forestay to the mast was 10 ft and your sail went 3 feet past the
mast, then you would have a 130% sail.
