[Rhodes22-list] Galley counter top question

I’ve had no complaints or problems with the standard laminate that GB uses. Starboard is wicked expensive at West Marine, maybe there’s a better source. The new engineered countertop materials would be great - lots of choices beyond Starboard at Home Depot or other supplier if you can buy a remnant. I wonder whether weight would be an issue supporting the long span over the cabinet doors. May need to add a vertical support?

Good luck.

Dave
