[Rhodes22-list] clear coat paint for a R-22?

I had the boat painted five years ago with car paint.  My brother did it, but I know he used a hardener in the  paint.  The boat looks very good.  The paint does stand up to walking on it.  I have not used it in salt water so not sure of how it will take the salt.
