[Rhodes22-list] Switch that lowers/raises outboard

The momentary switch that raises the stern mounted outboard is shot. GB has no stock and neither Defender not West Marine can identify what works in its place. Other than 20/25 amp, 12v, waterproof, that works with two load and two line wires.
The boat is a 1998 Rhodes 22. 
Otherwise is there a schematic around that would be more descriptive than I can be?
