[Rhodes22-list] Switch that lowers/raises outboard

You can probably find what you need here.  Personally not familiar with the
electric lift but suspect the switch is a 3 position on/off/on type.
Biggest concern is supporting the correct amperage.  Look on your current
switch and see if you can find the amperage rating.  If it is 20 amps or
lower, then one of these should work.
