[Rhodes22-list] 3 gallon portable gas tank question

I believe the new EPA standards prevent the tank from releasing pressure
just because you open the vent. On my 1 year old 3 gal. tank I need to open
the vent and then press it down to release the pressure before opening the
cap or disconnecting the fuel line. Geoff
