[Rhodes22-list] stan vs Rummy from stan

I was able to research my ship's library today and found Stan's deck crane
base block installation instructions from the last millennium.  It says to
put caulk into the bolt holes, and Stan remembers right in that he did not
recommend using any specific caulk product.

So I looked at West Marine's "How to Select Sealants and Caulks" web page:

It basically says, if you may have to take apart the two pieces you're
joining, use 3M 4200.   But if the two pieces will never be separate again,
use 3M 5200.

I believe breakaway pieces like the crane base block and the mast step
pivot plate should separate gracefully from the boat.  So 3M 4200 is the
better choice.
