Thanks Ted for the excellent info, thoughts and comments.  Sounds like I
shall emulate your approach on both the hardware and software side.  I'll
be getting the stuff as soon as I have the time.  That would be after my
last day as an employed person, June the 8th then I'll have to find
something else to do........................hmmmmm........................
