[Rhodes22-list] Nav light install advice request

Somewhere I read that with the strip lights you need to make sure 
they are visible at the CG required distances and that when you mount 
them when you are looking at the boat from any angle except head-on 
you can only see one color. if some one can see red and green lights 
from an angle they will assume your boat is heading toward them,
