Joe,

I can't see enough of the sail (back up just a little more next time ... splash). I wonder if the topping lift is too tight.

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] Mailsail Photos, Anyone?

Hey, Y'all:
I am looking for any pictures of a mast with deployed IMF. My points of interest are the attachment points top and bottom. We installed one of Handy-Stan's (and I use that handle with the utmost respect for the egalitarian magician and engineering wizard that he is) used IMFs, and the sail isn't sitting properly; the sail is quite loose and luffs badly, unless I tighten the tuning line in the leach, which makes a big pocket out of the sail.
Looking at the head and tack attachment points, they seem to be holding those points on the furling tube a bit while the center portion of the sail is fully deployed. Don't ya hate that? Here are some pics of my dilemma as illustration. Thanks everyone.
