[Rhodes22-list] Rubber gasket

Hi Graham, Patrick, Phil, et al: FYI I am a forth Rhodie in Canada and
located in Oshawa. I've been quietly monitoring "the list" since last fall
and really appreciate the advice and maintenance tips from the more
experienced Rhodies out there. Keep up the good work.
