It was delivered that way by GB (Tino).    To be honest, I wasn’t sure the
mast wouldn’t damage the rail if I traveled low.   My dad (also the prior
owner) had built a great crutch for my little boat that sat in the rudder
gudgeons.    After a couple decades I had to drill  and sleave them.    I
didn’t want to out engineer Stan.
