[Rhodes22-list] Mast raising

You were not in my sights.  I thought everyone was talking about a block 
coming out of the deck and the mast hoist does not use any blocks, 
anywhere.   I use the name "coaming compartments" for the gunnel storage 
facilities under the sheet winches but will go with whatever words 
Rhodies vote on.  I want to stay timely, if not ahead of the times. 
(Anyone ever visit Tarrytown Contemporaries)

There are no Rhodies blockheads.  In fact I don't think there are any 
22s with coaming compartments. This may legalize the naming of these two 
strategic boxes, up to the Rhodes community.
