I’m in agreement with Ric. I’ve had the cheap ones corrode in the marine environment. I believe there is also a stainless steel version, which does not corrode. - rob ________________________________

It looks like an inexpensive replacement part and not the original. I have purchased these for the cockpit base and they last one season.
