[Rhodes22-list] Motor lift “bearings”?

Did 50 miles on Fretless from 3 pm Friday to 6 pm today, with a nice break
at a marina from 7 pm to 8 am!

An unpleasant part of the experience was dealing with the motor lift
getting crooked in the tracks because two of the four plastic “bearings”
the mount rides on were worn out/missing. See pics. I sent a note to Stan
but also wanted to ask here if anyone has replaced these. Any tips on
replacing them without dismounting the motor if that’s possible?  The side
tracks appear to come off and I was able to retrieve one of the bearings
that was loose in the track after parking the  it on its trailer. Getting
new ones in will probably be harder though...
