Chris,

I think that Luis may have some ideas about members being able to add content to the site.  The would require web-app skills that are beyond me.  

It wouldn’t be hard for almost anyone to learn how to add new content to the site. for example new pictures or reference topics.  The issues are probably more editorial than technical.
