Eric,

At two thirds of a year shy of 96 I find myself having overwhelming
empathy for Rhodes owners having to give up sailing for health reasons.
Even more for those who lost their first mates. Rose shared my health
nut outlook.  She made it to 97.

If I could I would just buy your boat for the hell of it.  Would it work
for you if I brokered it for the standard 10%. You would be setting the
selling price so it could keep you at what you want to net.  And it
would help keep me eating organic, which I do almost 100%.  With no
double blind test, I don't know if it works or whether I have been
fortunate, but not a single one of my friends I grew up with are left.
That part is not so fortunate. Sitting in this now empty house can get
depressing; keeping the Rhodes continuing as a boat still in production
as my therapy. I like knowing that that is one of the facts that helps
maintain its higher resale value.

In addition to free second opinions, which are worth what they cost,
email me if I can be of any help.
