[Rhodes22-list] Suggested max number of people aboard

I was ferrying crew back to overflow dockage at a nearby marina after
regatta awards and imbibing.  Motoring, not sailing.

A wedge shaped rubber door stopper glued to the bottom with the wide end
just in front of the cockpit drain hole creates enough suction to keep the
cockpit dry while the boat is moving.  It avoids the worry a valve can
cause when it rains.
