[Rhodes22-list] Fwd: Simple Cockpit Bed

Looks nice. Couple questions. 
1- how do you lock it in place? Is there a lip to set in the seat groove?
2- 1/4” sounds pretty thin. Especially if the sleeping person is close to 200#
