[Rhodes22-list] Diamondboard Conversion

I have had both and can't tell the difference in performance,  but it's
hard to compare unless you were sailing two boats in the same conditions
and adjustments.

The diamondboard is easier to raise and lower but even that may be because
it's had less use.
