[Rhodes22-list] Diamondboard Conversion

Hi Joe,

The diamond board goes along with the IMF main and genoa rig.  It adjusts
the center of force for better balance and stability but sacrifices upwind
pointing.  If you have the earlier standard rig, the centerboard gives
better balance and pointing upwind.
