Mark,
We are planning on splitting the distance between the bottom of the 
masthead fitting and the top of the steaming light for placement of the 
halyard restrainer. That would be about 4" above the light and 4" below the 
base of the masthead fitting. Hoping that will be far enough away from the 
roller furler to be effective. I had a picture of the set-up at Atlantic 
City. Paul took a look at it then and thought there would be room. We'll 
see. You must have gotten the super deluxe model of restrainer. Ours is 
simply a small eyestrap. We may have different steaming lights too. Ours 
has a squared base (against the mast) but all the other edges are rounded. 
We launch next week so the restrainer gets mounted in the next few days.
