I have been extremely happy with my Garmion GPSMAP 76.

Very readable and configurable display.

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] Handheld GPS Map

I've been looking for a hand held GPS --and was surprised to see some on
the internet with mapping capability that aren't real expensive. But I'm
concerned about the "readability" of this much detail on the small hand
held screen. Any one have a comment? Is there a minimum screen
resolution that you have found for satisfactory results?
