[Rhodes22-list] Bulb Keel

This is why I have ALWAYS thought there should be tie-down straps either
like the old Silverline, across the entire hull just behind the cabin, or
one on each side at the stern.
  I have always envisioned the boat leaving the trailer in a quick, sudden
maneuver of some sort.
