[Rhodes22-list] Ranger Friend...the rest of the story.

I an planning to trailer my Rhodes to Florida in April and sail the Keys.  I
have a bottom of the line port-a-potty without a pump out.  I was planning
to use this.  Are there any rules in Florida that require a pump-out head?
