There something wrong if you boat has the rail awash
at 12-15 mph wind.  That perfect wind!!!!!!!!!!!  Must
be all that stuff you have on your boat & its
lightness.  12-15 is perfect wind speed for sailing. 
Have you been working to hard:-)Time to go sailing.
