   Bob,

As it may have already been pointed out, (sorry= I do not read
every post) the archives can only be searched by month and =hen by
either date, author, subject, or thread. Unfo=tunately, as is
common with e-mail lists, sometimes we do not change the s=bject
lines. The idea of organizing the archives into a easily s=archable
database has come up before, but we always have the FAQ Topics si=e
   [1]http://www.g=ocities.com/blew_skies/topics.html

What I usually do is copy e-mails that interest me an= paste
them into word document files, then label them as to subject, and k eep
them in a folder on my hard drive. Sounds like a cold winter
even=ng activity, huh? In the meantime, fire away wth the
questions= You will probably get a mixed bag of answers, references
to specifi= archive dates, forwarded e-mails, attached pics, an
occaisonal thwac= from the spell checkers and grammer nazis (lol)
out there.=..........and of course....one grumble about why we have
to answer th= same questions from every newbie...but don't let that
   stop you.

   Todd

PS MJM,do you control access to the "add topics to the FAQ's" page=
   (he'll never see this)
