Michael,  I have again tried unsuccessfully to post pictures to the List.
I'm using Outlook Express in Plain Text mode.  I "Attach" (the paperclip)
the JPG files as always.  I've even tried "Insert" in HTML mode.  If you can
receive the images then I must be doing something right.  There must be 
something
about my JPG format that the server doesn't like.  I've even tried removing 
spaces
from the file names.  In the meantime, would you please post the attached 
images for
me?  Thanks for your help.

Here are the photos of our recently constructed boat lift.  I have added of
couple of shots of our Rhodes 22 which was delivered in August.  I
customized the lift with wooden bunks supported by aluminum swivel brackets
so that it would accommodate a sailboat hull.  So far, it all seems to be
working beautifully (the sailboat is working beautifully too).  I still need
to do some electrical work so that I don't have to run an extension cord for
the motors.  In the time it takes for Margaret to throw some beers in a
cooler, I have the boat in the water and we're underway.  I would be happy
to discuss the details of this project with anyone who is interested.
