Take is upon yourself to increase your home owner
insurance. If you want to be covered for it; buy the
insurance.  Being cheap is not the government fault. 
It is your fault. 

We are in a war due to terrorists have declared war on
us.  Clinton put his head in the sand; Bush is
fighting it.   The War on Teror is whereever the
terrorists are.  Not just one country.
