Brad,

I use a coffee can mask with a rubber seal on the 
output end of the Honda 1000i, hooked to a 2" plastic 
shop vacuum hose, to carry both the hot cooling air 
and the exhaust fumes out of the cabin and up the
mast.  The end of the hose is run up the mast with a 
spare halyard.  If the gen set is in the cockpit at 
anchor, the hose goes up farther.
